Behavioral Health Coaching

with Stefan Piscitelli, LCSW, E-RYT

Most people who come to coaching aren't falling apart. They're managing — but they're tired of just managing. They want their lives to feel clearer, steadier, and more like their own. Behavioral Health Coaching is one-on-one support for that kind of work: emotional, behavioral, and grounded in the body.

This is not about fixing yourself. It's about learning how to live well inside your own life.

“I know I wouldn’t be where I am right now without the growth that I’ve had with you and your support.”

What is Behavioral Health Coaching?

Behavioral Health Coaching is structured, one-on-one support that works across three interconnected areas: how you think and feel, how you behave, and how your body holds it all. Sessions integrate reflective conversation, somatic awareness, and practical guidance to help you make changes that actually stick.

Behavioral health is the clinical term for the space between wellness and mental health treatment — the territory where psychology, behavior, and the body meet. This work draws on that framework without crossing into clinical practice.

There's no diagnosis, no treatment, no insurance. It's a place to slow down, get honest, and build something more sustainable.

Who can benefit?

Behavioral Health Coaching tends to be a good fit for people who:

  • Are dealing with anxiety, stress, or a persistent sense of being overwhelmed

  • Are navigating a major life transition — career, relationships, identity, direction

  • Feel disconnected from their own sense of purpose or self-worth

  • Want to build better habits around movement, sleep, or self-care but can't make them stick

  • Have done therapy before and want something that bridges the psychological with the physical

  • Are looking for a thinking partner who can work across emotional, behavioral, and embodied territory

You don't need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or body-based practice. You just need to be willing to show up and do the work.

My Background

Behavioral Health Coaching is shaped by the intersection of my clinical training and my work in embodiment and movement.

I am a psychotherapist, yoga teacher of over a decade, personal trainer, and body-based practitioner. My background includes:

  • Graduate training in social work and mental health

  • Over 10 years of yoga teaching and studio leadership

  • Certification in personal training and trauma-sensitive yoga

  • Training in Thai massage and embodied practices

  • An academic foundation in literature and writing that informs reflective and integrative work

My approach blends psychological insight with embodied awareness, always grounded in practicality, respect, and authenticity.
