Mind-Body Coaching

with Stefan Piscitelli, LCSW, E-RYT

Mind-Body Coaching is a one-on-one, non-clinical approach to growth that brings together awareness, reflection, and embodied practice. It supports how you live, relate, and care for yourself by using the body as a foundation for clarity, balance, and integration.

This work is for people who want something deeper than advice and more grounded than abstract self-improvement. It is practical, reflective, and rooted in real life.

What Mind-Body Coaching Is

Mind-Body Coaching supports the integration of life, health, and wellness through embodied awareness. Sessions may include conversation, reflection, simple body-based practices, and lifestyle integration. The focus is not on fixing you, but on helping you live with greater presence, agency, and coherence.

This work sits between therapy and physical practice. Mind-Body Coaching is non-clinical. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or insurance billing.

My Background

Mind-Body Coaching is shaped by the intersection of my clinical training and my work in embodiment and movement.

I am a psychotherapist, yoga teacher of over a decade, personal trainer, and body-based practitioner. My background includes:

  • Graduate training in social work and mental health

  • Over 10 years of yoga teaching and studio leadership

  • Certification in personal training and trauma-sensitive yoga

  • Training in Thai massage and embodied practices

  • A foundation in literature and writing that informs reflective and integrative work

My approach blends psychological insight with embodied awareness, always grounded in practicality, respect, and authenticity.
