Breakfast & Dinner

Daily breakfast and three dinners, provided by Grab & Go, are included with your stay. Meals can be tailored to your dietary preferences, within menu availability.

One evening—weather-depending—we’ll enjoy dinner on the beach around a bonfire! For the other nights, you’ll be on your own to explore Provincetown’s international menu — followed by dancing, of course! What’s a trip to Provincetown without some nightlife (in moderation)?

For lunch, we suggest stopping by the supermarket to grab your preferred essentials or grabbing something delicious in town.

In the background, there are more plates of similar salads and a bowl of spring rolls with dipping sauce, along with a tray of canned sodas on a wooden serving tray.

Yoga & Activities

Yoga and activities will be led by Outermost Yoga’s founder and director, Stefan Piscitelli, with support from OMY’s team of talented instructors.

Daily Yoga Classes

Daily classes will be tailored to all levels of participants, so it doesn’t matter if you’re new to the practice or an advanced practitioner. Mats and props provided. Classes may be held at the house or our yoga studio.

Bike Rental & Dune Trail Group Bike Ride

We’ll take a 2-hour group ride along the Provincelands National Seashore’s paved bike trail, stopping at Race Point for sightseeing and a pee break.

Forest or Dune Hike & Boy Beach Hike

We’ll take a 2-hour hike through Beech Forest or across the Dunelands, basking in nature. Another day, we’ll hike out to Boy Beach to undress and bask in the sun and sea.

Sunset Bonfire on the Beach

We’ll gather around a roaring beach fire to enjoy a meal, watch the sun set over Cape Cod Bay, and revel in the community we’ve created all week long.

Some activities depend on permit availability and the weather, so we don’t set a fixed date for them until the week of the retreat and will have a rainy day plan just in case.
